Morgan Flager - Board Member

Morgan Flager is Partner with Silverton Partners. Prior to joining Silverton in 2006, Morgan worked with FTV Capital in San Francisco, where he focused on growth investments in software and technology enabled services. Earlier in his career, Morgan held various executive positions including Director of Business and Corporate Development at Ingrian Networks (acquired by SafeNet) and Kintana (acquired by Mercury Interactive Corp.). Morgan received his BS from Stanford University.

Kip McClanahan – Board member

For nearly 20 years Kip worked in security, networking, media, communications and software industries. He served as both CEO and board member to public and private companies leading all functional areas including strategy, operations, product, sales and marketing efforts. Kip has raised well over $100m in capital for companies he has founded or co-founded, including NetSpeed, BroadJump, TippingPoint and On Networks. The majority of companies he has led have experienced a successful IPO or M&A transaction, returning nearly $800m in realized gains. Kip currently sits on the board of uControl and SpareFoot in addition to Socialware.

Rick Timmins - Board Member

Rick brings more than 35 years of experience in financial management and strategic guidance for Fortune 100 technology leaders. Most recently Rick was the Vice President of Finance for Cisco. Previous to Cisco, Rick served as vice president of finance for Motorola, where he had worldwide financial responsibility for the Semiconductor division. He was also heavily involved in developing s cellular operations in Japan, which experienced explosive growth from $300 million to over $2 billion. In addition to his operational experience, Rick has also worked with numerous top tier venture firms from across the country. Rick was a past board member for Transmeta Corporation (symbol: TMTA) for 6 years including the public to private transition in 2008. He remains an active board member for Ultratech (symbol: UTEK), Liquid Computing, and Treaty Oak Bank.

Mike Maples, Jr. - Investor (Maples Investments)

Mike Maples, Jr. is the managing partner of Maples Investments, and was recently named as one of "8 Rising VC Stars" by Fortune Magazine for his investments in business and consumer technology companies. Before becoming a full-time investor, Mike was an entrepreneur and operating executive who worked in a variety of senior management roles in high-growth companies. His background spans a variety of markets including consumer technology, small business, and the enterprise, and he has led various functions in product development, marketing, business development, and corporate strategy. Before founding Maples Investments, Mike co-founded Motive, Inc., the world's leading broadband software company in 1997, and played key roles in its growth from raw start-up through sales of more than $75 million. Motive was one of the only successful technology IPOs in 2004, and the most successful infrastructure software IPO for the prior three years.

Jeff Dachis - Advisor

As founder and CEO of Dachis Group, Jeff’s leadership and vision helped establish the digital services industry more than a decade ago when he co-founded Razorfish, Inc. out of a one-bedroom New York City apartment.

As co-founder, CEO, President and Chairman of Razorfish, Dachis profitably grew the company revenues to over $250 Million, expanded its talent base from 2 to 2,200 employees with offices in nine countries, completed over 25 M&A transactions, lead its IPO which raised $55 Million, and catapulted Razorfish’s public valuation to over $5 Billion.

Over the last decade, as the recognized leader in the digital services industry, Razorfish has won numerous performance, design, and professional service awards.. Razorfish ultimately was bundled as part of Microsoft’s $6 billion purchase of aQuantive, and more recently was spun off and sold to Publicis for $530 million.

Dachis is also a Senior Partner at Manhattan-based Bond Art + Science, which specializes in information architecture and user experience design for digital media and information services. He serves as an advisor to companies including Bazaarvoice and Waterfall Mobile.

Jeff has also served as Co-Chairman of the Producer’s Guild of America New Media Council East, and a frequently appeared as a lecturer and speaker, and in publications such as the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, and Wired Magazine and in television appearances including CNBC, CNN, 20/20 and 60 Minutes.

Paul Rogers - Advisor

Paul is the Engineering Site Director for Google's Chicago operations, where he leads teams working on Google AdWords, Google AdSense, Google Affiliate Network, and Developer tools. Paul brings 15 years of experience in operations, technology development and offshoring to the Bazaarvoice management team. Prior to joining Google, Paul spent 3 years at Bazaarvoice and 13 years at Trilogy Software where he held multiple development and technical management roles. Paul was the 20th employee to join Trilogy and was the recipient of the Trilogy Star award. Prior to Trilogy, Paul worked at Andersen Consulting. He holds a BA in Cognitive Psychology, Management Studies, and Piano Performance from Rice University.

Bryan Menell – Advisor

Bryan is an entrepreneur, investor, and a mentor to early-stage companies. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Moximity, a mobile location-based services company, is on the Board of Directors of MomentumSI, an IT systems integrator, and serves on the board of the Austin chapter of Texchange. He founded Fusion Learning Systems (2001), Perficient (NASDAQ: PRFT) in 1997, and Exact Systems (1991). Mr. Menell was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, and recipient of the Austin Under 40 award.

Kenny Van Zant – Advisor

Kenny has served as the Chief Product Strategist for Solarwinds since September 2006 and as a Senior Vice President since January 2009. Prior to joining SolarWinds, Kenny served as Executive Vice President, Products and Marketing at Motive, Inc., a provider of broadband management software, from January 2003 until May 2006. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
